Welcome to IMMUNOLOGY 2009^TM Late-Breaking Abstract Submission!

Late-Breaking Abstract Submission has closed (as of February 6, 2009).

• All late-breaking abstracts will be presented in poster sessions.
   

  New this year -- A select number of qualifying late-breaking abstracts will also be programmed into Block Symposia for oral presentation. These will be scheduled for Tuesday morning, May 12.

• All abstracts must be submitted electronically. Software requirements
   
• Before you submit an abstract, read the Instructions for Late Breaking Abstract Submission.
   
• To submit an abstract: go to http://submissions.miracd.com/aai2009LB/. The submission process will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Waiting until the last 24 hours to submit an abstract may result in an increase in processing time.
   
• Payment -- A non-refundable submission fee will be charged to a credit card upon abstract submission. This fee does not include registration or housing. Register and secure hotel reservations online at http://www.immunology2009.org/.
   
• Abstract Revisions -- DO NOT submit an abstract more than once; the abstract submission site allows for revisions. DO NOT submit revisions under “New Submissions” or you will be charged for a new abstract submission. The deadline for revisions is February 6, 2009.
   
• Abstract Withdrawals -- You may withdraw an abstract by following the instructions on the abstract submission site. Withdrawals must be completed online by 5:00 PM EST, February 6, 2009. Abstract submission fees are non-refundable.
