  • Submit your abstract (regular abstract submission open as of October 17, 2008; late-breaking abstract submission open as of January 12, 2009)
  • Register for the meeting (open as of October 17, 2008)
  • Make hotel reservations (open as of October 17, 2008)
  • Book airline tickets
  • Request visa

  • Deadline to submit regular abstract and $70 non-refundable abstract processing fee
  • Deadline to withdraw or make changes to a submitted regular abstract

  • Deadline to request a refund of advance registration. A $40 non-refundable cancellation fee will be deducted.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)
 
Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits will not be offered at this meeting. AAI does, however, adhere to all conflict-of-interest policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. AAI requires that audiences at AAI-sponsored meetings or programs be informed of a presenter's academic and professional affiliations, and the disclosure of the existence of any significant financial interest or other relationship a presenter has with the manufacturer(s) of any commercial product(s) discussed in the educational presentation. The list of speakers who have disclosed relationships will be included in the Program with the nature of the relationship and the associated commercial entity.
